They've never been to Australia before and thought they'd treat fans to a 3 hour set. There are 3 bands I've experienced consecutively for over 3 hours and one of those I actually played in. The other was the Cure, which was awesome. They concluded with a 40 minute encore of pre 1980 material.
Butwhen it's just in your room with your bandmates, it's kinda more goofy, but that sometimes leads to stuff not getting done, or it doesn't sound as good. Both have their ups and downs, but I like both. I have fun either way. Jeff: I'd say this is the album. We've got the bedroom EP, we got the basement album, this is gonna be the studio album.
ThisLP may show up on dealer lists with a pretty big price tag and a "psych" label attached. Let me warn you that the psych content is pretty low, although the set's impressive on at least a couple of counts. It sounds remarkably professional and well produced for such a young band, with a fidelity that matches lots of big ticket productions.pM5WM.
